Raptor Rush Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 18, 2026
Raptor Rush keeps data use light. There is no account or sign-in. The game runs on your device, shows advertisements through Google AdMob, and — only if you choose to play online — connects you with other players and shares the short display name you pick. We do not sell your data.
Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Raptor Rush ("we", "our", "us") handles information when you play the game, see advertisements, and use the optional online multiplayer mode. Raptor Rush does not require you to create an account or provide any personal details to play.
Information Raptor Rush Uses
- Display name (online play only): When you start or join an online game you enter a short display name (up to a few characters). This name is shown to the other players in your session and is relayed through our matchmaking server to set up the match. It is not used for advertising or profiling, and you are free to use a nickname rather than your real name.
- Connection and technical data (online play only): Online matches connect players directly using peer-to-peer (WebRTC) networking. To establish a connection, devices exchange standard network information, including IP addresses, and a matchmaking ("signaling") server coordinates who is in a game. The signaling server may temporarily log basic connection diagnostics (such as timestamps and connection status) for reliability and abuse prevention. This data is used only to run and maintain online play, not for advertising or profiling.
- Advertising identifiers: When advertisements are shown, Google AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier, IP address, and standard request data (such as country, language, and connection type) to deliver and measure ads. You control whether ads are personalized through your device's advertising settings and the privacy consent form shown in the app.
- On-device settings and consent choices: Game preferences and your advertising/consent choices are stored locally on your device so the game can remember them.
How This Information Is Used
- To set up and run optional online multiplayer matches between players.
- To show your chosen display name to other players in the same online game.
- To deliver and measure advertisements through Google AdMob.
- To remember your privacy and advertising consent choices.
- To keep online play reliable and to prevent abuse.
Online Multiplayer
Online play is optional. Single-player matches against in-game bots do not connect you to other players. When you choose Online, Raptor Rush asks for a short display name and uses a matchmaking server to pair you with other players, then connects those players directly using peer-to-peer (WebRTC) networking. Because connections are peer-to-peer, the players in a match exchange network information (including IP addresses) needed to communicate, and the display name you enter is visible to them. No account is required, and we do not ask for your real name, email, phone number, or contacts. If you prefer not to share a display name or connection data with other players, simply play in single-player mode.
Advertisements
Raptor Rush shows advertisements supplied by Google AdMob (for example, full-screen interstitial ads between games, and it may also show banner ads). The first time you open the app you may be shown a privacy consent form from Google's User Messaging Platform. Your consent choices determine whether AdMob can show personalized advertisements; where a "Privacy Choices" option is available in the app, you can change your choice at any time. Advertising identifiers, IP address, and device data are processed by Google in line with the Google Privacy Policy.
Third-Party Services
Raptor Rush relies on a small number of third-party services to support its features. Each has its own privacy policy and terms.
- Google AdMob — serving and measuring advertisements.
- Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) — collecting and storing your privacy and advertising consent choices.
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) — hosting the matchmaking (signaling) server used to set up online multiplayer games.
- jsDelivr — a content delivery network that serves the 3D graphics library (Three.js) the game runs on; your device's IP address is visible to the CDN when these files are loaded.
- Google Fonts — serving the game's fonts; your device's IP address is visible to Google when fonts are loaded.
What We Do Not Do
- We do not require accounts or collect names, emails, phone numbers, or contacts.
- We do not use the camera, microphone, or location.
- We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Children's Privacy
Raptor Rush is intended for general audiences and is not directed to children under 13. The game is ad-supported. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through Raptor Rush, contact us using the address below and we will remove it.
Your Choices
- Advertising consent: Where available, use the "Privacy Choices" option in the app to change whether personalized advertisements are shown.
- Advertising ID: You can reset or disable your device's advertising identifier in your device's privacy settings.
- Online play: Online multiplayer is optional — play in single-player mode if you prefer not to share a display name or connection data with other players.
- Local data: Clearing the app's data, or uninstalling the game, removes locally stored information including your settings and consent choices.
Storage and Control
- Game settings and consent choices are stored on your device.
- Clearing app data or uninstalling the game removes the information stored locally on your device.
- Connection diagnostics already logged by the matchmaking server, or data already processed by Google for advertising, are retained by those services in line with their own policies.
Updates
This policy may be updated from time to time. If it changes, the "Last updated" date on this page will be revised.
